NADAC Associate Member Application

Use this form to become a NADAC associate or to renew your associate membership.

Household Associate Applications: If you are signing up for more than one person in your household please send a note to our office after you register. A one year associate payment will cover everyone in your household for that year.

Please complete this form and press the “send request” button. All fields are required except where noted. You will have 30 days to send payment to NADAC. If the funds are not received within 30 days the application will be canceled.

Lifetime Memberships:

We do have an option for a lifetime membership where you will never need to renew your associate status. This option is $500 and you and anyone in your household will receive that status for life. If you wish to purchase a lifetime membership then please email us at Support@nadac.com to get that handled.

Junior Handlers:

Junior Handlers receive a free associate membership up to their 18th Birthday. If you are a Junior Handler please do NOT pay for your associate membership, instead email us at support@nadac.com and we will get your free membership activated for you.
